These Terms of Use govern access to panel-stonecore.click and enrolment in StoneCore Academy lessons. By using the site or purchasing a seat, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or register for lessons. We may update these terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Services described

StoneCore Academy provides educational training in technical analysis, including support and resistance mapping workshops, private chart coaching, and clinics. Content is educational only. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a promise of trading results.

Accounts and enquiries

Enquiries submitted through the contact form must contain accurate contact details. You are responsible for the information you provide.

Intellectual property

Curriculum materials, worksheets, site copy, and branding remain the property of StoneCore Academy. You may use distributed worksheets for personal trading education. You may not resell, republish, or teach academy materials as your own course without written permission.

Conduct in sessions

Respect fellow participants and instructors. Recording sessions without consent is prohibited. We may remove a participant who disrupts learning; refund treatment in that case follows the Refund Policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, StoneCore Academy is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
