Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers fees paid for StoneCore Academy lessons: the Support & Resistance Intensive, One-to-One Chart Coaching, and the Weekly Market Structure Clinic.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, whether materials or seat reservations have been committed, and whether sessions have already begun.

Intensive workshop (cohort seats)

• Full refund of amounts paid if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before session one, minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees actually charged to us.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before session one.
• No refund within 6 days of session one, or after the cohort has started, except where we cancel the cohort.
• Deposits (THB 5,000 hold) are refundable under the same timelines as above when the balance has not yet been paid.

Private coaching

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full fee credit or refund. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Coaching already delivered is non-refundable.

Weekly clinic

Drop-in clinic fees are refundable only if you cancel before the clinic begins and we can release your seat. Once the live session has started, the fee is non-refundable. Punch cards are personal and unused punches remain valid for 90 days; unused punches after expiry are not refunded.

If we cancel

If StoneCore Academy cancels a cohort or coaching slot, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Work already started & materials

Once an intensive session has been delivered, that portion of tuition is considered earned. Printed worksheets distributed in class are non-returnable. PDF templates already emailed remain yours; their distribution does not create an extra refund claim.

Rescheduling

Cohort transfers are allowed once, subject to seat availability, if requested at least 7 days before session one. Coaching may be rescheduled under the 48-hour rule above.

Process & timing

Email hello@panel-stonecore.click with your name, lesson, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. We do not issue cash refunds at the office except where the original payment was cash and you request it in writing.
